  • What fabrics are Hyggens’ products made of?
    • High-quality fabrics are our priority as we want our customers to enjoy our products as long as possible. All our products are made of fabrics from renown European producers. Our collections include various fabrics that have won prestigious interior design awards. When choosing fabrics, you will find a description of the collection, composition of the fabric and method of cleaning.
  • Are the colours and patterns on the website faithfully reflected?
    • We try to reflect all the fabrics presented on the site faithfully. However, their display may depend on your computer or tablet screen.
  • Are the products washable?
    • Most of our fabrics are washable. Precise cleaning instructions are provided during the selection of a particular fabric. Please read the instructions carefully.
  • What are the differences between one-sided and two-sided bedspreads?
    • The so-called “two-sided” bedspreads are sewn from decorative fabrics from the same collection on both sides. They are designed for persons who want to decorate their bedroom with a selected decorative fabric - sometimes in one colour, and sometimes in the other; or who want to have the same fabric on both sides. The one-sided bedspreads are sewn with decorative fabrics on the top side and finished with a decorative lining on the underside. It is, however, worth noting that the decorative linings we use are also of the highest quality. They differ from the decorative fabrics in their homogeneous structure, but may also serve as a high-quality bedroom decoration.
  • Why can’t I combine decorative fabrics from various collections when choosing a double-sided bedspread?
    • We do not recommend combining decorative fabrics from different collections because the individual collections vary in texture and fabric thickness.
  • What is the quality of the decorative lining?
    • All the decorative linings we use are reputable fabrics that do not differ in quality from the rest of the collections. They only differ from the decorative fabrics in their homogeneous structure, but may also serve as a high-quality bedroom decoration.
  • Must the decorative fabrics I choose fit your recommended lining colours?
    • No, these are only recommendations of Haggens’ stylists. To every decorative fabric, we recommend up to four decorative linings that will certainly go with it. However, when designing your Hyggens pattern, it is the customer that ultimately decides what colour combinations will perfectly fit into the interior.
  • What is the trim colour of Hyggens’ products, if the customer decides to go with a customised project?
    • In every product of Hyggens, the trim is finished with the same fabric as the underside of the product.
  • When I buy a pillowcase doI receive only a pillowcase, or the filling inclusive?
    • We only offer pillowcases. The filling must be purchased separately.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    • The delivery cost is 15.50 EUR/14 GBP/20 USD. The shipping cost is automatically included to the order amount, and the Buyer is informed of this before placing the final order.
  • What are the available payment methods?
    • Payment for the Ordered Product may be made by credit card (via PayPal) or standard bank transfer to the bank account.
  • What is the order delivery time?
    • The estimated delivery time of the order is 14 working days counted from the moment of accepting the order.
  • How are the products delivered?
    • The product is delivered by specialised courier companies. The choice of courier company rests with Hyggens and is aimed at the fastest possible shipping of orders. Courier deliveries are carried out on business days from 8:00 - 17:00. If receipt of the parcel is impossible at this time at your home address, then the best solution is to provide a shipping address to the place the Buyer will be staying (e.g. workplace with the relevant company name). Couriers have a defined route and are unable to deliver parcels within specified time brackets or a particular hour.
  • Can I return the product?
    • Yes, the Buyer is entitled to return the product for any reason within 14 days without traces of use. The shipping cost for the returned order is covered by the Buyer. Upon receipt of the complete and undamaged product, Hyggens shall within five business days return the payment to the Buyer’s bank account.
